You will be preparing and performing professional interior painting/cleaning jobs in a commercial setting.You are an experienced residential and/or commercial Cleaner/painter who's looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!Responsibilities:Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniquesInteract professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as neededClean hallways and lobbies..vacuum, mop, sweep dust etc.Clean Tenant apartments when leases are up.Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projectsPrepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessaryMix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying propertiesUse caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracksInspect paint jobs for qualityPerform daily maintenance routines on painting equipmentQualifications:Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repairPrevious cleaning experience.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sitesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
