HOUSE CLEANER- Subcontractors Wanted

Job Summary **Albany, Schenectady, Fulton and Saratoga Counties.** We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented subcontractors to partner with us in providing exceptional residential cleaning services. This opportunity is ideal for independent professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. As an independent contractor, you will perform a variety of residential cleaning tasks, ensuring clients’ homes are clean, organized, and sanitized. A strong work ethic, excellent time management, and great customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Duties Perform general residential cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, making beds, ect. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail Report any issues, damages, or client concerns to management Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients at all times Respect clients' property, privacy, and personal space Job Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Reliable transportation Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Smartphone access for scheduling, communication, and job updates Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (e.g., bending, kneeling, reaching) Willingness to travel to job sites within Albany, Schenectady, and Saratoga Counties Must carry liability insurance (or be willing to obtain) Partner with us to help create clean, comfortable spaces for our clients, while enjoying the satisfaction that comes from a job well done!
