Customer Service Key Tech The Sunbeam Team is excited to announce a new location opening in Portland, OR! This opportunity has us hiring for a Customer Service Key Tech. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is ready to step into a pivotal role within our company. This Full-Time position is designed for an aspirant aiming to deepen their expertise in automotive marketing and retail management while working hands-on under the supervision of experienced professionals. This role is ideally suited for those who thrive in a dynamic work environment as we do outdoor events and are eager to gain substantial experience in retail operations and customer service. It is important to note that this is not a remote job. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our local locations, engaging directly with our team and clients to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Understand and implement retail event procedures and policies Engage in the marketing and sales training and development, ensuring company protocols and high sales standards are met weekly Handle customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure that supply meets demand Quote, code and cut automotive keys using equipment on site at event Participate in regional and national seminars and virtual workshops for professional growth and to represent the company in industry events Perform additional training duties when needed, including supporting other regions in the US Requirements Proven track record in a customer facing setting with effective leadership skills preferred Valid driver's license Driving record must have low to no citations for insurance purposes as we assign a company vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at navigating a diverse work environment Ability to commute to different locations within a 60 mile radius 7 year background check passing is mandatory Passionate about driving sales and improving profitability within the company Availability to work flexible day shift hours, including weekends as necessary
