Engineering Associate II - Mission Critical

What We're Looking For:Barge Design Solutions is currently seeking to fill the positions of Civil Engineer primarily focused on large industrial campus design. Position could be located in any of the offices.Responsibilities for this position include:Design complex campus underground utility, grading, and drainage infrastructure for, large industrial campus including the preparation of reports, specifications, plans, and permitsUse AutoCAD Civil3D to design and model underground utility infrastructure and topographic surfacesParticipate in client conversations and multi-discipline design meetingsAnalyze data, existing site information, and entitlements to assist Mission Critical clients with site selectionEducation & Experience Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited universityEngineer Intern (EI) registration with ability to obtain PE within 24 monthsMinimum of 2 years of engineering experienceExperience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for surface creation and underground utility modeling preferredGrading and utility design experience with plan & profile design of storm/water/sewer lines; power/communication duct bank design experience is a plus for some of the team roles.Ability to work as part of a fast-paced high-achieving team relying on each member's individual delivery for successAbility to read, analyze, and interpret job-related manuals and documentsKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWhy join us?Barge Design Solutions, Inc., is an engineering and architecture firm with diverse in-house multidisciplinary practice areas.
