Registered Respiratory Therapist

Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Acute Care Locations: WI, CA, AZ, NM,WA,OH GA Duration: 13 Weeks with extension Shifts: Nights Shift,Days Shift ,EVE Pay: $2,400/week to $2800 (May vary State-wise ) Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and airway management Operate and monitor ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, and other respiratory equipment Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis Respond to emergency respiratory situations and code blue events Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the EMR system Requirements Active RRT state license required Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC required BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred Experience with ventilators, critical care, and emergency response preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
