Key ResponsibilitiesDetermine medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims
Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation and documentation
Contact employers to gather job-specific information and assist with job modificationsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation preferred
Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
One year of return-to-work or job accommodation experience OR four years of claims management experience
