This role demands a refined demeanor and a commitment to delivering a superior, welcoming experience.Key Responsibilities: Reception Management: Exuding professionalism by warmly welcoming clients and visitors, and adeptly directing them to the appropiate department.Communication Mastery: Managing inbound phone calls, emails, and inquiries with precision, providing accurate and timely information to the designated contacts.Administrative Finesse: Executing various administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry, organized filling, and maintaining an immaculate front desk area.Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating seamlessly with diverse departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination of client-related activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications or related field.Proven experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.We are very proud of our team members and are looking to expand even more.
