This associate will be responsible for leading all Environment, Health, Safety, and Security operations during the night shift across a two-building manufacturing campus operating 24/7. This role ensures compliance, incident prevention, and rapid response to safety and security events while maintaining continuous operational support. This position reports to the EHS Production Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary EHS leader during the night shift, overseeing safety operations across both facilities.Lead and coordinate EHS Specialists, Security Shift Supervisor, and the EHS clinical team on shift.Serve as the primary escalation point for all EHS and security concerns overnight.Partner with production, maintenance, and facilities teams to resolve safety and security risks in real time.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.Conduct routine safety walkthroughs, inspections, and audits.Lead incident response, investigation, and root cause analysis for accidents and near-misses occurring during the shift.Coordinate emergency response actions (fire, chemical spills, injuries) with minimal on-site leadership presence.Oversee security operations across both facilities, including guard force and surveillance systems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred; additional education and/or training in safety and security is a plus.3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Maintains a positive attitude with safety as the top priority at all times.Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in EHS and security assessments and investigations.Commitment to professional development and staying current with advancements in safety and security practices, technologies, and regulations.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and in emergency situations.Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work various shifts (8-hour, 12-hour, or a combination), including nights, weekends, and holidays.At Illuminate USA, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.We proudly embrace equal opportunity for all, ensuring that all qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
