Dispatcher

*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management systems and logistics, ensuring the efficient coordination of freight movement. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently dispatch vehicles to meet customer needs and optimize routes. Manage and monitor fleet operations to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to dispatching and fleet management. Coordinate effectively with drivers to provide clear instructions and support. Communicate with customers to provide updates and address any concerns. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatcher role or similar position. Proven track record in dispatching, fleet management, and record-keeping. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
