As a Life Success Specialist, you are a mentor, a teacher, and a champion for youth, fostering growth in safe and engaging environments.Your Mission for SuccessYou will work 1:1 with youth and caregivers across Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, and Laveen to create lasting change through:Life Skills Training: Using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independenceCommunity Impact: Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning "hands-on."Reunification Support: Collaborating with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable futureGoal Tracking: Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestoneThe Schedule & EnvironmentFlexible & Active: Monday – Saturday, with hours varying based on client needsYear-Round Engagement: Impact continues through summer and school breaksOn the Move: This is a community-based role involving travel throughout the valley, frequent movement, transport, and both indoor and outdoor activitiesWhat You’ll Need to Join Us✔ Experience: 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.✔ Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred).✔ Mobility: Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle (meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements) to transport youth.✔ Clearances: Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test.✔ Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Compensation & RewardsWe value the specialized skills you bring to our families.Initial Salary (First 60 Days): $38,000 – $42,000Incentivized Growth: After probation, you’ll transition to a Base Salary + Pay-Per-Unit modelUnits per MonthAdditional Pay per Unit0–50Base Pay Only51–100+ $7.50/unit101–125+ $7.75/unit126–150+ $8.00/unit151++ $8.50/unitNote: 100 units = approx. 25 hours/week of face-to-face client time. Units may also be earned through care coordination and other approved tasks.Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement is provided for your work across the Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, and Laveen area
