The Company is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead its fundraising and revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong alignment with the company's values, a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive fundraising leadership experience, and a proven track record in major gifts and foundation fundraising.Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in a related field and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on major gifts and foundation relations.
