Dynamic is a family owned, Medicare-certified team here to provide Home Health and Hospice care to our patients across the Greater Las Vegas area.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating on ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders. Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their conditionPreparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed. Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needsHelp in administering medicationMaintain accurate recordsQualificationsState-approved licensure and registered nurse (RN) certification. A minimum of 1 year experience as a registered nurse.
