Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleDeliver direct, compassionate patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician, ensuring all actions are within the scope of your LPN/LVN license.Administer prescribed medications and treatments, meticulously observing and documenting patient responses to ensure accurate, high-quality records.Conduct focused patient assessments and skillfully monitor their condition to assure the well-being of every individual.Empower patients and families with comprehensive education on their disease treatment plans, self-care, and post-discharge resources to promote sustained health.Perform necessary laboratory tests and therapeutic services that contribute to the overall care plan.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
