Program Manager

As our Program Manager, you will drive execution across critical aerospace and defense programs supporting LEAP’s mission to build the next layer of logistics across Earth and orbit. You will help ensure programs move with speed, accountability, and operational discipline while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and technical coordination. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, highly cross-functional environments and can bring structure to ambiguity without slowing execution. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs.In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:Equity Program: Equity plan participation is available to all employees following an initial 90-day employment period and is performance-based.
