As our Program Manager, you will drive execution across critical aerospace and defense programs supporting LEAP’s mission to build the next layer of logistics across Earth and orbit. You will help ensure programs move with speed, accountability, and operational discipline while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and technical coordination. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, highly cross-functional environments and can bring structure to ambiguity without slowing execution. While SkillBridge participation is preferred, it is not required.Own Core ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day coordination and execution of aerospace, launch, manufacturing, or infrastructure programsDrive program planning activities including schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and execution reportingCoordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, test, launch, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and execution velocityIdentify program risks, blockers, and resource constraints early while driving resolution plans to completionSupport development and maintenance of integrated master schedules, action trackers, and program reporting systemsFacilitate internal program reviews, standups, readiness reviews, and cross-functional execution meetingsTrack scope, schedule, and cost performance across assigned initiativesHelp establish scalable program management processes and operational rigor as LEAP continues to growSupport customer, partner, and government-facing program coordination activities as neededEnsure accountability and follow-through across complex technical and operational workstreamsProduce Clear DeliverablesIntegrated program schedules and milestone trackingExecutive-ready program status updates and reportingRisk assessments, mitigation plans, and action item trackingCross-functional coordination documentation and meeting outputsProgram execution dashboards and operational metricsReadiness review materials and execution summariesProcess documentation supporting scalable program operationsImpacts and OutcomesImprove execution discipline and delivery reliability across critical LEAP programsIncrease organizational visibility into schedule, risks, priorities, and resource constraintsHelp leadership make faster and more informed operational decisionsSupport successful execution of launch, manufacturing, infrastructure, and strategic growth initiativesReduce execution friction across engineering, operations, and business functionsEstablish repeatable program management systems capable of scaling with company growthDrive accountability across complex programs operating in fast-paced technical environmentsWhat You Bring to the TeamRelevant experience in program management, military operations, aerospace, engineering operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related environmentsStrong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teamsExperience operating in high-accountability, fast-moving environments with shifting prioritiesAbility to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain forward momentum under pressureStrong attention to detail and operational follow-throughAbility to quickly learn technical systems, aerospace workflows, and evolving operational requirementsU.S. Person status required due to the nature of the workBonus PointsActive Duty military transitioning through the DoD SkillBridge program or recently separated veteranExperience supporting aerospace, defense, launch, manufacturing, or complex technical programsFamiliarity with integrated master scheduling, program controls, or systems engineering environmentsExperience in startups or rapidly scaling operational organizationsPMP certification or formal program management trainingExperience supporting flight test, launch operations, hardware development, or national security programsCompensationSalary Range: $85,000 – $120,000The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs.In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:Equity Program: Equity plan participation is available to all employees following an initial 90-day employment period and is performance-based. Equity allocations are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Managers may make recommendations based on individual and team performance.
