If you're driven, creative, and ready to make an impact, join us.Now Hiring: People and Benefits Business PartnerLocation: Wauwatosa, WI - Innovation HeadquartersHow you will make an impact as the People and Benefits Business Partner:Oversee day-to-day HR operations, total rewards, and payroll, serving as a key partner to both employees and leadershipEnsure the effective management of ADVENT’s HRIS to support accurate record-keeping and organizational transparencyDeliver precise and timely payroll, and provide meaningful reporting on benefits utilization and program effectivenessThrough these efforts, the role plays a critical part in enhancing the overall employee experience and engagement Drive timekeeping compliance by partnering with managers to ensure timely and accurate entry and approval of hoursAdminister bi-weekly payroll in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsManage benefits enrollment and maintain accurate deductions, working closely with the insurance broker to ensure alignment and accuracyServe as the primary point of contact for leave administration, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for employeesAct as a trusted advisor on organizational development matters and support resolution of complex employee relations issuesOversee the maintenance and integrity of personnel files and HRIS dataIdentify and implement system enhancements to improve accuracy, automate manual processes, and optimize overall performance. Own HRIS reporting to ensure leaders have reliable data to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, leave regulations, and multi-state employment requirements; proactively identify and mitigate riskFollow all legal and compliance requirements, including HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy. What we're looking for in a People and Benefits Business Partner:3+ years of experience in a professional business environment requiring detail-oriented administrative work, preferably within Human ResourcesPost-secondary coursework or bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR certification is a plusDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service internally and externally while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation dataStrong technical and data management skills, with experience in HRIS platforms preferredProven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while owning individual responsibilities.
