Senior Manager of Customer Education
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Education and Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a Customer Center of Excellence function to improve customer outcomes across various stages Own the Customer Education strategy, developing programs and content to enhance customer learning and engagement Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and effectiveness of customer programs and education initiatives Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Education, or related SaaS post-sales functions 3+ years of experience in people leadership, managing strategic or cross-functional teams Strong experience in building scaled customer programs and education initiatives Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution in a fast-paced environment Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus
