Commissioning Engineer

Known for quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships, we help manufacturers operate efficiently and perform at the highest level.Your Role:You will lead the final and most visible phase of our projects—bringing complex production lines online at customer sites. This role blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer interaction as you ensure systems are fully operational, optimized, and ready for production.What You’ll Do:Execute commissioning of process equipment and full production lines from pre-shipment testing through site startupSupport system build, configuration, and validation at the manufacturing siteLead on-site startup, including system checks, process tuning, and performance validationPartner with controls, mechanical, and site leadership teams to deliver seamless installationsDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues in real timeGuide customer teams through acceptance testing and operational readinessTrain operators and provide hands-on support during ramp-upKeep projects on track through clear updates and coordination with internal teamsUphold strict safety standards and ensure compliance with food-grade production environmentsWhat You’ll Bring:Technical degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, electrical, process, or other)Experience commissioning industrial equipment or process systems, ideally in food or consumer productionWillingness to travel extensively (~60%), including multi-week international assignmentsSolid understanding and troubleshooting of mechatronic componentsKnowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens or Allen-Bradley); SCADA exposure is a plusStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a hands-on approachEffective communicator who can build trust with customers and cross-functional teamsOrganized and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities on-siteWhy Join?This is a team that values accountability, respect, and long-term relationships — both with customers and with each other.
