Drive end-to-end solutions, mentor teams, and deliver scalable applications in a client-facing role.  Key Responsibilities  - Lead full-cycle development (React/Angular + Node.js/Python/Java)  - Architect cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)  - Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally  - Translate client requirements into technical execution  - Implement CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance  Essential Requirements  - 5+ years full stack development  - Frontend: React/Angular/Vue + TypeScript  - Backend: Node.js/Python/Java/.NET  - Leadership experience and team-player mindset  - U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or valid work permit that does not require employer sponsorship.- Open to quarterly travel (expenses covered)  Employment Structure  Flexible engagement options:1.
