The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal advice and representation, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in immigration court, state court or before government agencies such as USCIS. Collaboration with the legal team and effective communication with clients are essential components of this role. Pay range from $100,000-$140,000 based on experience.QualificationsMust have a minimum of 2 years experience in Immigration LawMust be bilingual English and Spanish and have excellent writing skillsAbility to provide sound Legal Advice and represent clients effectivelyStrong Research and analytical skills to support case developmentSkilled in Negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clientsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolBar admission in any state in USCommitment to serving diverse communities and understanding cultural sensitivities
