Marketing Coordinator
Full-time | Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office per week)About The RoleFFR is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by keeping a team running smoothly. FFR’s mission centers on growing and serving our membership community and this role sits at the heart of making that happen through events, campaigns, and Member communications. This role is both the operational engine and a hands-on contributor to the marketing department. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, communicates clearly across teams and vendors, and brings some hands-on marketing experience to support campaign execution. Familiarity with the life insurance or financial services industry is a plus, though a genuine willingness to learn this space matters just as much.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management and Administrative OperationsOwn and maintain project timelines, task boards, and workflows in ASANA, ensuring deadlines are visible and met across the marketing teamServe as the team’s primary point of coordination for internal scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logisticsTrack open items, follow up on action items, and keep projects moving with autonomy and good judgmentOrganize and maintain shared marketing files, templates, and resources so the team always has access to current materialsEvent and Webinar CoordinationManage logistics for industry events, webinars, conferences, and internal meetings, from planning through post-event follow-upCoordinate with venues, A/V teams, and other external parties to ensure events run smoothly and on scheduleHandle Zoom webinar setup, registration, and technical coordination for virtual programmingMaintain event calendars and communicate logistics clearly to stakeholders and attendeesVendor and Partner CommunicationsServe as a point of contact for marketing vendors, creative agencies, print partners, and other external resourcesTrack deliverables, manage timelines, and flag any issues that could affect project completionManage the intake and routing of marketing requests from internal stakeholders and resource partnersMarketing Program ExecutionSupport the execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, list management, and basic performance reportingAssist with social media scheduling and channel managementMaintain and update marketing collateral, Member resources, and the company website as neededSupport the marketing team with campaign coordination, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasksQualificationsRequired1 to 4 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or administrative roleDemonstrated experience managing projects or tasks in a tool like ASANA, Monday.com, or similarExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished approachHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they become problemsComfortable working with marketing platforms such as email service providers, social media schedulers, or CRMsA collaborative team player who is dependable, communicates clearly, and follows throughOwnership: someone who takes responsibility to ensure that tasks are completed on time and proactively communicates updates and escalates issues appropriatelyPreferredExperience in the life insurance, financial services, or insurance distribution industryFamiliarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation toolsExperience coordinating events, conferences, or webinarsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means the marketing team operates with less friction.
