This role focuses on vendor invoice reconciliation, accrual tracking, and ensuring accurate, compliant financial processing. The ideal candidate can work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, reconcile, and validate vendor invoices against contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and purchase ordersPartner with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate submissionsSupport monthly accruals and prepaid balance trackingMaintain audit-ready documentation for all reconciliationsCommunicate status updates, risks, and issues to internal stakeholdersAnalyze business processes and recommend improvementsAssist with implementation of process enhancements and best practicesSupport user acceptance testing and business initiatives as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience2+ years of business analysis, financial operations, or claims/payment analysis experience (healthcare preferred)Experience documenting business processes and gathering requirementsFamiliarity with managed care, claims processing, or provider reimbursement is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsAdvanced Excel and financial tracking capabilitiesExperience with invoice reconciliation and accrual processesKnowledge of SQL or data analysis toolsExposure to Agile environments or structured testingKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective vendor communication and issue resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (especially month-end close)Independent, proactive work style with sound judgmentWhat To ExpectHigh-volume, detail-driven financial operations workFrequent interaction with vendors and internal stakeholdersA collaborative, fast-paced team environment focused on accuracy and accountabilityCritical role supporting continuity during a temporary team absence
