We’re looking for an operator.Someone who can step in and take ownership of our entire revenue engine across two fast-growing businesses lines:Vanspeed (premium adventure vans)VanspeedPro (mobile business vehicles)If you think in funnels, obsess over conversion rates, and care about revenue—not vanity metrics, keep reading…Your RoleYou will own the system that drives revenue.Leads → Calls → ClosesFunnel performanceCRM structureSales accountabilityYou will work directly with the founder and be responsible for turning demand into predictable, scalable revenue.What You’ll Be Responsible ForOwning and optimizing the full funnel (lead → booked call → close)Running and improving our CRM (HubSpot) across both companiesDriving lead flow across content, outbound, listings, events, and paidIdentifying bottlenecks and fixing them fastIncreasing conversion rates at every stageHolding SDRs, closers, and marketing accountable to performanceBuilding systems for speed-to-lead, follow-up, and reportingTesting offers, messaging, and funnels continuouslyThis Role Is For You IfYou care about revenue, not activityYou’ve owned a pipeline or growth function beforeYou are highly analytical and make decisions from dataYou move fast and don’t wait for perfectYou’re comfortable working directly with a founder in a high-expectation environmentYou’ve worked in high-ticket or lead-gen driven businessesYou can create scalable systems, document them clearly, and hand them off to keep moving forward.This Role Is NOT For You IfYou only want to “run ads” or manage campaignsYou need a lot of direction or structure handed to youYou avoid accountability for numbersYou prefer brand/creative over performanceWhat Success Looks LikePredictable lead flowHigh-performing pipeline with full visibilityIncreased booking rates, show rates, and close ratesSales team operating with clear accountabilityConsistent month-over-month revenue growthCompensationBase: $90K – $120K (OTE 160-180k)Performance-based upside tied directly to revenueOpportunity to play a key role in scaling a multi-division companyIf you want to own something real, move fast, and directly impact revenue, this is that role.
