This role serves as the primary interface between the technical team and Army C2E stakeholders, ensuring compliance with cloud service requirements and optimal service delivery.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate C2E cloud support activities across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud InfrastructureServe as liaison between technical teams and Army C2E program officeManage team tasks, schedules, and deliverablesTrack and report on cloud service metrics and SLA complianceCoordinate cloud provisioning requests and change managementEnsure compliance with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG)Develop and maintain cloud support documentation and proceduresFacilitate communication between cloud engineers and Government stakeholdersSupport cloud migration and optimization initiativesPrepare status reports and briefings for Government leadershipManage cloud support tickets and ensure timely resolutionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 6 years of IT project management experienceMinimum 2 years in cloud support leadership roleCompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)ITIL v4 Foundation certificationUnderstanding of cloud computing concepts and servicesExperience with IT service management and ticketing systemsActive Security Clearance RequiredDesired QualificationsAWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certificationPMP certificationExperience with DoD cloud programs (milCloud, C2E)Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy ITSMUnderstanding of FedRAMP and DoD Cloud SRG requirementsTechnical SkillsCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)Project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)Reporting and analyticsITIL service management processesIPTA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
