Hardware Engineering Manager

Qualifications:BSEE 10+ years of experience as an electrical engineer developing complex hardware systems. (Semiconductor Capital Equipment)5+ years of leadership experience leading teams designing and developing complex PCBAs and electrical systems.Hands-on design expertise in analog (high-accuracy, high-power) and digital circuit design.OrCAD or similar schematic design tools, and strong familiarity with PCB layout techniques and constraints.PCB and PCBA fabrication processesExtensive lab experience with measurement equipment such as DVMs, oscilloscopes, VNAs, power analyzers, etc.Responsibilities:Technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for a diverse team of electrical engineers.Create development plans, establish design priorities of PCBAs, electrical subsystems, and hardware features.Hands-on analog (high-accuracy and high-power) and digital circuit design, analysis, prototyping, and troubleshooting.Drive continuous improvements in engineering methodologies, documentation, design reviews, verification processes, and cross-functional collaboration.Participate in architecture development and system-level decision-making for next-generation semiconductor test equipment.
