Vehicle Exchange Manager

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Exchange Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of vehicle exchange processes. This candidate will be working in our service department, assisting clients with options for purchasing a new vehicle. The Exchange Manager will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to identify candidates who are best suited for the exchange program.Responsibilities:- Manage the vehicle exchange process, including coordinating vehicle inspections, appraisals, and trade-in negotiations- Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle exchanges- Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate vehicle exchanges and ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions regarding vehicle exchanges- Monitor vehicle inventory levels and work with the sales team to identify opportunities for vehicle exchanges- Develop and implement strategies to increase vehicle exchange volume and profitability- Collaborate with the service team to streamline and improve the vehicle exchange process- Provide training and support to sales, service and finance teams on vehicle exchange procedures and best practicesRequirements:- Intermediate experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle exchange processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applicationsIf you are a motivated and experienced Automotive Salesperson, or have experience as an Exchange Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
