This position supports time-sensitive day-to-day operations and will work closely with the Equipment Quality & Control Manager and Fleet Operations Coordinator . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly adaptable, and has strong computer skills-particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.Training will be provided to ensure that the selected candidate is equipped to step in for either the Equipment Quality & Control Manager or the Fleet Operations Coordinator when needed.Key Responsibilities:Equipment / Field Service DivisionTrack tanks and equipment deployment, recovery, and status statewideSet up and monitor tank monitors for accurate performanceMaintain equipment inventory and assist with orderingServe as liaison between Sales and Operations teamsProvide support to Sales with general procedures and equipment knowledgeResearch equipment history and current locationRead and complete build sheets; assist with loan agreement documentationDispatch and monitor Field Service requestsFleet Management Division Process and review invoices, including third-party service invoicesMonitor pricing to ensure cost efficiencyAssist with scheduling, ordering, returning, and delivering vehicle partsSupport new unit setups and service coordinationEnter and retrieve large datasets in Fleetio systemMaintain and monitor Fleetio modules for accuracy and completenessImplement new Fleetio updates and features as neededPerform general administrative and operational duties as assigned
