Assures the facility's cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications: Food safety certification required (e.g., ServSafe) and must be obtained within 3 months of hire.Experience: One year of relevant food production experience required.
