Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Center Director to lead daily operations at Rose Academy of Achievers. The Director is responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and building strong relationships with families.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the childcare centerSupervise, train, and support teachers and staffEnsure compliance with all Florida licensing and safety regulationsMaintain accurate records for children and staffCommunicate with parents regarding children's progress and center policiesManage enrollment, attendance, and schedulingHandle staffing, hiring, and performance evaluationsEnsure a safe, clean, and positive learning environmentManage billing, payments, and basic administrative dutiesRequirements:Previous experience in childcare management or as a Director/Assistant DirectorKnowledge of Florida childcare licensing requirementsStrong leadership and communication skillsCPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)Background screening clearanceOrganized, dependable, and professionalPreferred Qualifications:Director Credential (Florida)Benefits:Competitive paySupportive work environmentOpportunity for growth
