Senior Associate Attorney — Estate Planning | Holly Springs, NCWe're hiring a Senior Associate Attorney to run our new Holly Springs office.This isn't a typical associate role. You'll lead the branch from day one, your own caseload, your own client relationships, and a comp structure that grows as the office grows. Partnership track for high performers.What you'll do:Run the Holly Springs office and own its caseloadSupport the other branches where requiredMeet with families and guide them through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directivesBe the face of the firm in the communityGet hands-on training in estate planning from attorneys who do this work every dayWhat we're looking for:Licensed NC attorney with the experience and judgment to run a branchOutgoing: someone who genuinely enjoys client work and being visible locallyIndependent thinker who can spot issues and own outcomesSomeone who wants to grow in the professionEstate planning experience is a big plus, but we'll train the right personCompensation and benefits:Base of $90,000–$120,000 OR one-third of the Holly Springs branch's profits — whichever is greaterPartnership path for high performers401(k) matchFirm contributions toward health, vision, and dental2–3 weeks PTOWork from home where practicableIf you've spent a few years as an associate and you're ready to bet on yourself, this is the role.
