Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for The Black Dog Tavern’s location in Tempe, AZ. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and achieving business goals. Qualifications Team leadership, staff training, and performance management skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesCustomer service excellence and conflict resolution skillsExperience with inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationsProficiency in financial management, including budgeting and sales analysisExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrevious experience in restaurant or retail management is highly desirableFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
