The Logistics Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, including order flow, inbound and outbound shipments, routing, and coordination with carriers and internal teams. This position will manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and work closely with purchasing and warehouse staff to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. The role includes optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing logistics data, managing vendor relationships, and resolving delivery or service issues. The Logistics Manager will also develop and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating transportation.Proficiency in Inventory Management, with experience tracking stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting accurate forecasting.Experience in Procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and monitoring supplier performance.Customer Service skills to address inquiries, and resolve issues. Ability to use logistics, inventory, or solid MS Excel and data analysis skills.Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
