The VP of Media will be tasked with full-funnel growth ownership, optimizing for profitability, and ensuring that media strategy is aligned with downstream outcomes, including underwriting and policy conversion.Applicants for the VP of Media position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth leadership, with at least 5 years in senior roles managing large teams and significant media budgets. The role requires a deep understanding of P&C insurance economics, including carrier dynamics and underwriting constraints, as well as technical expertise in various paid channels and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling profitable customer acquisition in regulated industries, with a strong preference for those with direct experience in P&C insurance.
