Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriatelyManage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficientlyHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and mailMaintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and hearingsPerform data entry and ensure completion of intake formsSupport office management tasks such as supply inventory and record keepingAssist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing mail, scanning, and maintaining office filesAssist attorneys and paralegals with scheduling, mailing, and other tasksMaintain safe and clean reception area, conference room and kitchen to further support client servicesValued Skills/Qualifications:Excellent Customer Service, Confidentiality and Discretion, Professionalism, Organization.Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
