Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Team Member, located in Pewaukee, WI. The General Team Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Duties will include greeting customers, operating the cash register, preparing coffee and food items, stocking merchandise, and supporting other team members as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.Basic knowledge of operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.Ability to follow food safety and hygiene practices, and knowledge of food preparation basics.Organizational skills for stocking, arranging inventory, and maintaining a tidy store environment.Teamwork and problem-solving skills to assist in a collaborative work environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.Prior experience in retail, coffee shops, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
