Project Manager, Real Estate & Buildout

Role SummaryThis role supports the execution of real estate and buildout activities across franchise locations, ensuring projects move forward on time, within budget, and with clear coordination across internal teams, vendors, and franchisees.Key ResponsibilitiesProject coordination: Support end to end tracking of new site development and buildout timelines across franchise locationsReal estate support: Assist with site documentation, and coordination between brokers, franchisees, and internal stakeholdersBuildout execution: Coordinate with construction partners, architects, and vendors to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved quicklyTimeline management: Maintain project trackers, identify risks, and proactively escalate delays or gapsCommunication: Serve as a central point of coordination across franchisees, operations, finance, and external partnersDocumentation: Organize and maintain contracts, permits, approvals, and project recordsProcess improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency across projectsQualificationsStrong organizational and project tracking skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft OfficeExperience in franchising, retail, or multi unit environments preferredSuccess ProfileHighly organized and detail orientedExperience in project coordination, construction, real estate, or related fieldProactive and solution focusedComfortable operating in ambiguity and managing shifting prioritiesStrong follow through and accountabilityPerksPaid bi-weeklyCompany Paid HolidaysFlexible Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveMultiple health care insurance plans that cover medical, dental, prescription, vision, and employer HSA contributionsCompetitive 401(k) Program with employer matching contributionsDaily dress code of “business casual”A positive work environmentAnd much, much moreCompany DescriptionUnleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
