Job Description Residential Landscape Crew MemberLocation: Charleston & Mount PleasantPay: $11–$25/hr (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (OT and occasional Saturdays at time and a half)We are an established residential landscape company serving high-end homes in the Charleston and Mount Pleasant area. This is not commercial mow-and-go work. We focus on detailed, high-quality landscape maintenance and installation.What You'll Do:Mowing, edging, and running weedeaters & blowersPrecision pruning and detailed trimmingRaking, shoveling, spreading mulch and gravelInstalling soil, sod, plants, and other landscape materialsAssisting with irrigation installs and repairsLifting and working outdoors all dayWhat We're Looking For:Strong work ethic and positive attitudeComfortable with physical outdoor work in all weatherTakes pride in clean, finished resultsTeam player who stays focused (no phone use during work)Experience in lawn care, plant ID, pruning, irrigation, or commercial equipment is a plusRequirements:Physically fitValid driver's licenseReliable transportation to Mount PleasantCompany Description Bridges Staffing is a full-service staffing and HR solutions firm based in the Southeast, helping businesses find qualified talent and job seekers connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
