Job Description QA Product Compliance AssociateTruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a QA Product Compliance Associate in the Houston, TX area. This role is focused on quality assurance compliance, product documentation, supplier documentation, and regulatory reporting. The position requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and the ability to maintain compliance information using Microsoft Excel.Schedule:Monday–Friday7:00 AM–4:00 PMJob Duties:Review products and raw materials for compliance with regulatory and customer requirementsResearch product compliance documents from suppliersMaintain accurate compliance records and reporting detailsProvide required compliance documentation to customersReview and organize supplier documentation related to REACH, RoHS, and other compliance standardsEnter and update compliance information in Excel spreadsheetsSupport QA documentation processes and compliance trackingEnsure information is accurate, complete, and properly documentedCommunicate with internal teams and suppliers regarding compliance documentationRequirementsMinimum 1 year of QA, product compliance, regulatory compliance, or related documentation experienceExperience with REACH and RoHS compliance preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skills requiredStrong data entry accuracy requiredMust be detail-oriented and organizedAbility to research, review, and maintain compliance documentsMust be able to communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teamsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPreferred ExperienceQA compliance documentationProduct complianceSupplier documentationREACH / RoHSRegulatory reportingManufacturing or product quality documentationMicrosoft Excel spreadsheets and compliance tracking
