OverviewPosition Title: NetSuite EngineerManages NetSuite and integrated functions for the company.ResponsibilitiesDirectly support our finance and sales systems by designing and implementing high-quality technical solutions for critical business needsProactively research new NetSuite features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvementsDocument NetSuite initiatives and solutions to promote asynchronous communication across the entire companyPartner with Finance, Sales and IT to understand end-user needs and create a roadmap for successAct as the primary point of contact for all development and implementation of customizations for all NetSuite-related mattersTroubleshoot process, application, and functional issues with the intention to elevate our systemsAct as a subject matter expert on technical aspects, with the ability to translate technical initiatives to non-technical audiencesDevelop, design and deploy ERP integrations, new customizations through scriptingEnforce proper governance of data and drive best practices for advanced business intelligence within NetSuiteOther Duties: Other duties as assignedThe preceding functions are examples of the work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments and make a reasonable accommodation as needed.QualificationsSkills:Required: At least 2+ years’ experience in ERP/CRM platforms, NetSuite preferredRequired: At least 2+ years’ experience administrating/developing technology solutions for NetSuite including scripting, workflows, csv imports, user provisioning and roles definitionHas experience with third party integration tools and NetSuite APIs (Celigo, CRM integrations)Experience in large scale software development, scripting, and project managementUnderstand and create business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environmentProven track record working collaboratively with project stakeholders and cross functional teamsDesired: Understanding of CI/CD pipelinesAgile or Scrum experience a plusEducation:Required: BS in Computer Science or related fieldDesired: Understanding of Web development technologiesCertification(s), Licenses:Required: N/ADesired: NetSuite CertificationYears of experience in a similar role:Required: 2+ years in Development roleDesired: 3+ years in Development rolePhysical DemandsStanding 15 % per daySitting 65 % per dayWalking 15 % per dayStooping 15 % per dayLifting Up to 10 lbs. several times a day transporting laptop, etc.Computer Work 65% per dayTelephone Work 20% per dayReading 50% per dayAttend meetings – 25% per dayThe Employer is a Federal Contractor and subject to federal vaccination mandate.
