This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.Job SummaryCardinal Health at Home Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership through high-quality data preparation, reporting, and analytics.This role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically strong with data tools, and experienced in building scalable reporting, dashboards, and self-service tools that support decision-making across the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, preferred4+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related role, preferredAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, preferredExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferredExperience with other data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R), Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise mannerWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApply comprehensive knowledge of analytical concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to independently perform complex analyses and large-scale projectsExtract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems (ERP, operational systems, external files, etc.), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and quality controlsDevelop, validate, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as conduct ad hoc analyses to provide senior management with critical business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planningProactively develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and business processes and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and develop innovative solutions that advance organizational objectivesPartner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT, to ensure data alignment and accuracy while effectively collaborating with non-technical stakeholdersMay act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environmentAnticipated Salary range: $82,100 - $117,200Bonus eligible: NoBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.Medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsApplication window anticipated to close: 10/10/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The hourly range listed is an estimate.
