Corporate Director of Clinical Services, RN- Senior LivingSalary: $125,000Reports To: Chief Executive OfficerPosition SummaryThe Corporate Director of Clinical Services, RN is responsible for leading clinical oversight across a multi-site senior living portfolio. This role ensures regulatory compliance, clinical quality, and consistent delivery of resident care across assisted living and memory care communities.This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong clinical judgment, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to support and guide community teams with great career growth potential with a growing company.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight Provide clinical leadership across multiple assisted living and memory care communities Ensure accurate and compliant completion of assessments, service plans, and clinical documentation Monitor and support improvement of key clinical indicators including falls, infections, weight loss, and hospitalizations Provide clinical guidance to community leadership and care teamsRegulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations (including Illinois and Iowa) Lead survey readiness efforts Conduct clinical audits and reviews Support communities during state surveys and oversee Plans of CorrectionClinical Leadership Provide support to community clinical leaders and nurses Assist with training of clinical staff Address clinical concerns alongside Operations Promote accountability to clinical standards and best practicesClinical Training & Education Develop and provide clinical education to community teams Ensure compliance with required training and certifications Reinforce standards related to care delivery and documentationClinical Systems & Standards Maintain consistency in clinical practices across communities Support proper use of clinical documentation systems Identify gaps in clinical performance and implement improvementsResident Care Support resolution of complex clinical situations Ensure care aligns with resident needs and regulatory requirementsQualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Illinois and Iowa) Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in senior living (assisted living and/or memory care required) Multi-site clinical experience preferred Strong knowledge of state regulations Experience with surveys, audits, and compliance Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills Ability to travel regularly On Call flexibilityWhat Success Looks Like Consistent regulatory compliance Strong clinical documentation and practices Improved clinical outcomes Confident and capable clinical teams
