Manager, Community Support
DescriptionReporting to the Director of Community Integration Services, the Community Supports Manager supports people with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs, transitioning youth, and other populations who participate in day hab services/Residential services/Supported employment services within their community. This role will support individuals across the region that Humanim serves, coordinating person-centered planning activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing the individual's participation in the person-centered planning process. This position will also be responsible for assisting the DD Division and stakeholders with applicable post PCP approval troubleshooting to resolve billing exceptions that are hindering Humanim and certified providers from billing in the LTSS Maryland - DDA Module.Benefits of working with us!15 days of Paid-Time-Off (PTO).7 Paid holidays.Medical insurance through Cigna (Employer contributes to monthly premium).FSA and HSA options - Employer provides an annual financial contribution to eligible HSA accounts.Vision and Dental insurance.Early wage access! - UKG WalletHealth & Wellness programsTuition reimbursement - up to $3,600 per year!And more!RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in a human services field, from an accredited education program, with two years of experience in a human services field or commensurate experience.Experience working with the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration's LTSS billing system or with a DDA provider database system (iCare preferred).Experience in maintaining quality billing practices and processes.Valid MD driver's license.ACRE Certification preferred, or willing and able to become certified within first 90-days of hire.Benefits Counseling Certification preferred, or willing and able to become certified within first 90-days of hire.Proficient in Excel, Word, and Sage/Carevoyant software applications.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, as is a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.Possess the ability to assist with training employees and contractors on database documentation/EHR, service logs, and schedules as needed.Collaboration - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Planning and Alignment - Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
