Job Description Job Opportunity: Child Psychiatrist for PHP/IOPOur organization is actively looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.Manage and prescribe medications as needed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.Support patient stability and recovery through effective treatment strategies.Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
