Job Title: Project Manager I/II – Business Readiness & Cross-Program SupportPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Project Manager to support a portfolio of four large, complex transformational programs. This role sits at the intersection of project management, organizational change management, and business readiness, helping ensure successful delivery of multi-year, technology-enabled initiatives.The Project Manager will play a critical role in enabling enterprise culture alignment, coordinating cross-program efforts, and embedding business readiness practices across programs. This individual will partner closely with the Transformational Program Management Office (TPMO), program teams, and business leaders to drive consistency, organization, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business readiness and culture initiatives across multiple transformational programsCoordinate cross-program activities, ensuring alignment of priorities, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain leader toolkits, communications, and presentation materialsFacilitate and support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessionsAnalyze feedback and drive follow-up actions and continuous improvementDraft and manage communications, SharePoint content, and stakeholder updatesCoordinate data collection and reporting for dashboards, stakeholder maps, and key metricsSupport change enablement efforts, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviorsAssist with process development and documentation to improve execution and scalabilityTypical DayReview priorities across culture, readiness, and cross-program workstreamsCollaborate with TPMO and program teams on materials and messagingPrepare for and facilitate meetings or workshopsAnalyze stakeholder feedback and track follow-upsDevelop communications and update SharePoint contentCoordinate reporting inputs for dashboards and metricsSchedule and organize meetings, ensuring clear communication and executionWork Environment & CultureFast-paced, structured, and execution-drivenHighly collaborative and relationship-orientedBlend of independent work and team collaborationFocus on delivering visible, high-impact outcomesRequires adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in evolving programsWork ScheduleFull-time, standard business hoursHybrid model:Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayRemote: Monday and FridayRequired Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in:Project Management, Program Management, or Organizational Change ManagementSupporting large-scale, complex transformation initiativesStrong ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sourcesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)Experience with enterprise-level change initiatives impacting people, process, and technologyStrong presentation development and communication skillsProven ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functionsExperience supporting business readiness and adoption effortsPreferred QualificationsExperience working within a Program Management Office (PMO/TPMO)Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)Experience in energy, utilities, or large enterprise environmentsCore CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCollaborative mindset with ability to influence without authorityHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsProblem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environmentsPassion for enabling teams and fostering a positive cultureAdditional DetailsLocation: Hybrid (onsite Tues–Thurs)Travel: Up to 6 trips per year (2–3 days each)Conversion: Not planned currently, potential long-term possibilityO&M Allocation: Up to 50% (culture-related work)The closing date for applications for this job posting is 5/28/2026.Should you require any accommodations in responding to this job posting or at any stage during the application process, kindly e-mail : xcelenergyprogramoffice@magnitglobal.comPay Rate Range48 - 64 USD hourly
