Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Worcester, MA

A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within an elementary school setting in Worcester, MA. This contract position extends through June 30, 2026, with an immediate start date. Part-time candidates working a minimum of 20 hours per week will also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseloadConduct assessments and generate detailed reportsParticipate in consultations with teachers and parentsContribute to IEP development, including writing goals and documenting progressMaintain consistent communication with parents and school staffQualifications & Experience:Valid SLP licensure for the state of Massachusetts is requiredMust hold CCC credential or be a Clinical Fellow (CF); candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredPrevious school-based experience is necessaryThis position is onsite only due to caseload requirements; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be acceptedCompletion of CORI background check and fingerprinting is mandatoryThis role offers a competitive compensation rate corresponding to experience, with $90-$98 per hour for clinicians holding the CCC, and $87 per hour for CF candidates.Candidates will participate in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process.
