This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on technical oversight, ensuring platforms are resilient, scalable, and aligned with business and clinical operations.The manager leads a team of infrastructure engineers, partners closely with architecture, networking, security, and application teams, and drives modernization initiatives while maintaining high availability in a 24x7 environment.Estimated salary range for this position is $167553.35 - $217819.36 / year depending on experience. xibtplm Qualifications:Hybrid Position - Miami - Dade, Broward, West Palm BeachBachelor's degree requiredOwn on-prem infrastructure operations, including server platforms, virtualization (VMware / Nutanix), Hyper-V, Hystorage, and core data-center servicesEnsure platform stability and availability, meeting defined SLAs, SLOs, and uptime requirementsLead infrastructure lifecycle management, including refresh planning, capacity forecasting, and technical debt reductionProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers; set standards, review designs, and raise overall engineering maturityDrive modernization initiatives, including platform migrations, virtualization strategy changes, and hybrid integrationPartner with architecture, security, and networking teams to ensure compliant, secure, and well-designed solutionsOwn incident and problem management for infrastructure-related issues, including root-cause analysis and prevention plansEstablish and enforce operational standards, SOPs, documentation, and change management best practicesManage vendor relationships and support contracts, ensuring performance, accountability, and cost effectivenessCommunicate clearly with leadership, providing risk assessments, roadmap updates, and operational health reportingMinimum Required Experience: 10 YearsEOE, including disability/vetsRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
