Located in Midlothian, VA, our dynamic space blends excitement and relaxation, catering to individuals, families, and groups alike.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Midlothian, VA for a Sales Manager at Uptown Alley. The Sales Manager will lead sales strategies to increase revenue through corporate events, group bookings, and private functions while fostering relationships with clients and community organizations. You will manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, client communication, event planning consultations, and post-event follow-up. Additional responsibilities include developing promotional materials, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing and operational teams to support overall business growth.QualificationsProven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development within the hospitality or entertainment industryEvent Planning and Coordination skills, including managing logistics for large groups and ensuring all client requirements are metStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and team membersAbility to meet Sales Goals and utilize creative strategies to attract and retain clientsLeadership and Team Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency with CRM platforms and basic office software such as MS Office or similar toolsProven ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlinesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the businessBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredPay Range$55,000-$62,000
