If you have a strong background in building automation systems, controls programming, and troubleshooting, and enjoy working in the field while leading technicians—this is a great opportunity to grow your career.What You’ll DoLead advanced installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repair of control systemsDiagnose system performance through testing and system optimizationPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, and service agreementsExecute service calls, quoted projects, and emergency support workServe as a technical lead, mentoring and supporting junior techniciansCoordinate multi-tech jobs and subcontractorsCommunicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationshipsMaintain accurate service documentation, commissioning reports, and invoicingParticipate in on-call rotation as needed What You Bring7+ years of experience in controls/BAS service or HVAC controlsHands-on experience with platforms like Siemens, Distech, JCI, or INETStrong skills in controls programming, diagnostics, and troubleshootingSolid understanding of low voltage DC and AC electrical systemsAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentsExperience with access control and lighting systemsStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetNice to HaveCertifications in Tridium Niagara (AX/N4), Siemens, or DistechAssociate’s degree or technical certification in a related fieldAdditional DetailsField-based role with travel to client sitesCompany vehicle provided (must meet driving requirements)On-call rotation requiredOpportunity to work on cutting-edge smart building technologies
