We have a crazy fun business delighting our clients, and since every day is a fast-paced, bobbing and weaving Funday, we need the perfect someone to join us and bring along their passion, flexibility, growth mindset, detail orientation, and creative can-do attitude! Picture this: Every morning, you walk into the equivalent of a 2,500 piece jigsaw puzzle in the middle of the floor. You spend your workday putting as many of the pieces together as possible. If this sounds like your kind of bliss, please read on. You just might be our perfect fit! Here’s the deal: 30-35-ish hours/week –working remotely. · Ideal availability between about 9 and 4, M-F Pacific Time, with flexibility within the day. What’s most important is that the job gets done and arising fires get put out! We are committed to acknowledging client communications within three hours of them hitting our inbox, so being in touch with teammates is critical to our success. · We’re a boutique branded merchandise company (swag!) serving client companies across the nation. This position provides strong client support and project stewardship. (We are not transactional!). Coordinating with our team, and communicating clearly and respectfully with our suppliers, shipping vendors, and our warehouse partners is a key component to this role. You’ll also be asked to put on your creative hat, assisting with product suggestions and ideation. Wahoo! 1099 Independent Contractor Responsibilities Include: · Bringing your skills and authenticity to those with whom you work and the projects you oversee. Creative but unrelenting attention to detail is critical to the joy of all the pieces coming together. Handling all details of each project, from initial quotes to purchase order placement, to confirming on-time shipping. This requires maintaining excellent supplier communication throughout the project. Bringing your ability to think and bob and weave while respecting well-developed processes, utilizing your determination to delight internal and external clients. Keeping many balls in the air. And prioritize which balls need your attention before the others. Bringing creative thinking and problem solving to your work. No project is exactly like another. say “Yes”, so finding a solution is paramount. That is both the challenge and fun of our business. Understanding that while we encourage our clients to plan ahead, sometimes last-minute requests and emergencies arise. When they do, we happily support them by operating on very tight turnaround times and do amazing things very quickly. The event isn’t until November, so we have lots of time to make it all happen. The attendees are senior level managers. The attendees work hybrid—half of the time in the office, and half from home. The budget for this gift is $100 per person. If something is a little more expensive, but you think it’s the perfect thing, they’d like to know about it. b. Client Presentation #2: Our client, a heavy equipment manufacturer, is attending a job fair in October. Their main colors are yellow and black. Attendees will be high school and college students. They need 500 giveaways, with a maximum unit price of $6.00 each. 2. If you were to join our team, write the bio you would want us to publish to our website. 3. Excel Project. Please show us how you would set up your Excel (or google) sheet in preparation to organize this project: Our client is gathering orders from their employees for a jacket they are giving each person as a gift. After the jackets are decorated with the client’s logo, we will be shipping each one to the individual’s correct plant location (there are 5 plants). There will be a total of 125 employees receiving a jacket. a. There are a total of 6 jacket style options b. Each style is available in red, blue and black. c. Each style is available in sizes XS-5XL 4. A penny for your thoughts: You sit down to start your day. Explain how you prioritize tasks and how you would manage your inbox with multiple and sometimes conflicting balls in the air. Here are a few categories to consider in your answer: a.
