Paralegal - Class Action & Employment (Los Angeles)

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Paralegal – Class Action & Employment Litigation for a leading plaintiff-side litigation firm. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Los Angeles, California with in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday and optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.Position OverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support a fast-paced Class Action and Employment Litigation practice. This role will partner closely with attorneys on complex litigation matters involving wage & hour, PAGA, FLSA, and employment-related claims from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume litigation environments and brings strong litigation support, e-filing, legal research, and trial preparation experience.PerksCompetitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 – $105,000 DOEHybrid schedule with optional remote work on Mondays and FridaysOpportunity to support sophisticated class action and employment litigation mattersCollaborative and growth-oriented litigation team with strong mentorship and long-term advancement potentialComprehensive benefits package and exposure to high-impact plaintiff-side litigation workResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in class action and employment litigation matters, including wage & hour, PAGA, and FLSA claimsDraft, format, proofread, and prepare legal documents, briefs, motions, and supporting litigation materialsConduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw, including local rules, appellate cases, and court proceduresManage state and federal e-filing processes and maintain accurate litigation calendars and case documentationAssist with trial preparation, settlement coordination, and ongoing litigation support activitiesPrepare tables of authorities, citations, and other complex litigation support materials with strong attention to detailQualifications5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within class action, employment law, or complex litigation environments5+ years of strong experience with state and federal e-filing systems, TOA, and litigation proceduresProficiency with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and legal research platformsExcellent organizational skills, written communication, and attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompensation And BenefitsThis opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $105,000 depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term growth potential within a respected litigation practice.
