Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessaryPlans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shiftImplementing and documenting careAssociate's degree in nursing required. Bachelors degree preferred. At least 3-5 years of clinical experience. Licensure as a registered nurse to practice in Arkansas..Key qualifications for this role include:Education:Graduate of an accredited registered nurse programExperience:3+ year RN experience in an acute care hospital ER setting preferredLicenses/Certifications:Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice ActCurrent Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association
